Brooker Travel – $1,500 Travel Credit Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Brooker Travel Group Ltd (“Brooker Travel”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am NZDT 1 February 2026 until 11:59pm NZDT 31 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who:

• Are subscribed to the Brooker Travel email database; and

• Make a new booking with Brooker Travel during the Promotional Period; and

• Pay the required deposit during the Promotional Period.

Employees of Brooker Travel and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. Entry Mechanism

• Each eligible booking constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw.

• Multiple bookings will receive multiple entries.

• Cancelled bookings are not eligible.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a total of $1,500 travel credit, comprising:

• $500 credit applied to the booking made during the Promotional Period; and

• $1,000 credit valid for a future booking.

6. Prize Conditions – First Booking ($500 Credit)

• The $500 credit will be applied to the winner’s eligible booking.

• If the booking value is less than $500, the remaining balance is forfeited.

• The credit is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Conditions – Second Booking ($1,000 Credit)

• The $1,000 credit is valid for one (1) new long-haul, international package booking departing from New Zealand.

• For the purpose of this promotion, “long-haul” is defined as travel to Asia (excluding Bali), North America, South America, Europe, Africa, or the Middle East.

• The second booking must have a minimum total booking value of NZD $5,000, including flights and/or land arrangements.

• The booking must include return international flights and at least two nights’ accommodation or a tour component.

• The booking must be confirmed and a deposit paid within 24 months of the prize draw date, and travel must be completed within 36 months of the prize draw date.

• The credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Brooker Travel promotional credit or discount, is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• If the second booking is cancelled for any reason, the $1,000 credit is forfeited.

8. Exclusions

The prize credit cannot be used for:

• Travel insurance

• Visa fees

• Service fees

• Amendment fees

• Existing bookings made prior to 1 February 2026

9. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on [insert date, e.g., 7 September 2026] at Brooker Travel Head Office.

• The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) working days.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, Brooker Travel reserves the right to redraw the prize.

10. General Conditions

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

• Brooker Travel reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.

• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Brooker Travel (and may unsubscribe at any time).

• Brooker Travel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
