Day 1: Arrive In Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) And Transfer To The Hotel

Get ready to immerse yourself in the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh as we arrive and meet our friendly driver. Known as the Pearl of the Far East, Ho Chi Minh City boasts a rich history and is Vietnam's largest city, serving as a cultural, educational, commercial, and tourist hub for over 300 years.

Day 2: Mekong Delta Tour – Experience The Countryside Life Of Vietnam

  • Embark on a journey to the outskirts of Saigon and experience the beauty of the countryside. Start your day at the Tourist Boat Station (My Tho) and cruise on the Tien (Mekong) River.
  • Begin by visiting the historic Vinh Trang pagoda, the largest pagoda in Tieng Giang. Marvel at the beautiful trees and lush greenery encompassing an area of 2000m2.
  • Then, board a serene sampan and cruise along the river while taking in the breathtaking scenery of four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, and Phoenix. Indulge in the refreshing taste of fresh coconut juice while enjoying the serene atmosphere.
  • We’ll make a short stop at Unicorn Island, a beautiful isolated island with country lanes and flourishing orchards. Take a stroll through the calming tracks and take a bite off the freshly harvested tropical fruits. Imagine the sound of professional local musicians singing soulful folk songs of the island while you walk through the plantation.
  • Explore the Fish Floating Market and Fish-craft Village along Tien River before stopping at Thoi Son Island to take a stroll around the countryside roads and witness the beautiful orchards. Savor the taste of tropical fruits and immerse yourself in traditional music.
  • Our final stop before lunch is the Honey-Bee Farm where you can take a sip of freshly brewed honey tea here. Visit the workshop to see and learn the making process of the country’s famous sweet, coconut candies. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant after the workshop to fill up after a tiring day of island hopping.
  • We’ll then visit the Tan Thach Village next, which is where you can meet and get to know the locals whose lives revolve around the Mekong Delta. The Mekong River has some of the most biologically diverse habitats in the world, providing a wide range of freshwater fishes, irrigation for local paddy fields and plantations, and even home to some of the most endangered marine and amphibian species. Relax, enjoy the view, maybe buy a sip of cold drink while you recline on a hammock.
  • We make our way back to Ho Chi Minh from the village for your overnight stay in Saigon.
  • (Breakfast and Lunch)

Day 3: Full Day Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Tour With Cu Chi Tunnels

  • Embark on an unforgettable journey after breakfast as we take you on a short sightseeing Tour. Admire the impressive architecture of the Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral) and the Old Post Office before we delve into the War Remnants Museum. This museum showcases an extensive collection of machinery, weapons, photos, and documentation of the Vietnam War with both the French and Americans.
  • Later, we will take you on a tour of the world-famous Cu Chi Tunnels. This labyrinth of hand-dug passageways served as a vital underground hideout and resistance base for the Viet Cong forces during the French and American wars. The tunnels span over 120 kilometers and stretch as far as the Cambodian border. Prepare to be amazed by the intricate network of multilevel tunnels, containing meeting rooms, kitchens, wells, clinics, schools, depots, trenches, and emergency exits - all designed for guerrilla warfare. Their strength and resilience are beyond imagination as they withstood destructive bombings and outlasted prolonged sieges.
  • Conclude your journey by returning to Saigon, cherishing the memories of this captivating exploration into history's embrace.
  • (Breakfast and Lunch)
